Chapter 129 - Wang Yun's Desire

Who the owner of the cave was, Yang Tian wouldn't tell Wang Yun. He had soon stopped existing in this world.

- I'm not sure. Don't think too much on it. Someone that can design such powerful formations is not someone you can provoke.

Yang Tian purposefully said that to squashed any idea of vengeance in Wang Yun's head. However it unexpectedly made Wang Yun misunderstood:

- You're saying that my cultivation is too low and basically not that person's opponent?

- That's right.

- I understand.

Before Yang Tian could say anthying, Wang Yun continued:

- I want you to help me become stronger. Strong enough to kill that person and take vengeance for those that he killed.

Yang Tian heard what she said and was taken aback. He frowned:

- They were that important to you?

- They were my first friends.

Wang Yun didn't have any friends. To be more precise, she never had friends until now. She had always known that she would die young and never got close to anyone. After being cured by Yang Tian and being able to controlled the Frigid Ice Spiritual Body, those people were her first friends. They shared her thirst for exploration and discovery. Now that they were killed by a powerful Cultivator, knowingly or not, she had to get revenge for them.

- I advise you to abandon that line of thought. This cave have existed for a long time, the person that built it might not even be alive anymore. Even if they are alive, their cultivation would have reached a frightening level.

- I've made my decision, are you going to help me or not?

Wang Yun was a very stubborn woman and this was the first time that Yang Tian noticed it. Since she put it like that, could he still say no? That guy was already dead but his clone is still here. So letting him kill her as a replacement is not a bad idea.

Blood God didn't know that his death was just casually decided like that by Yang Tian.

- Alright, of course I'll help you. However with your current cultivation, killing him would take some time.

- What cultivation has that guy reached?

- If I'm correct then when he made the cave, he was at mid Nascent Soul. If he's still alive then his cultivation must be at least late Nascent Soul.

Yang Tian told her Blood God's cultivation. He was the one that Wang Yun needed to kill.

Although she had soon guessed the person's cultivation was very high but hearing that it was at that level made Wang Yun a bit worried:

- Do you think I have a chance of killing him?

- With the Frigid Ice Spiritual Body, you'll be stronger than him sooner or later. However it would take a long time before you can reach his level.

- I can't wait that long.

Yang Tian frowned, he knew what Wang Yun wanted to say. Her words meant that she was going to solely focus on enhancing her cultivation. When a cultivators focused on something, nine out of ten it's going to be their cultivation. However Yang Tian just got to see her again, what was he to do if she insisted on a closed door cultivation.

- You want to undergo closed door cultivation?

- That's right.

- Fine, follow me.

He reached out and grabbed Wang Yun's hand. Her entire body stiffened before she immediately relaxed it. Wang Yun felt a bit dizzy before both of them appeared on top of an unfamiliar mountain. The temperature here was freezing. Even though she possessed the Frigid Ice Spiritual Body and being used to the code, Wang Yun was still a bit uncomfortable.

Yang Tian waved his hand and a large round blue boulder appeared. The iciness emanated from the boulder was several times stronger than that of the surrounding. Yang Tian then shot out several beam of sword qi and carved a cave on the mountain top before turning towards Wang Yun:

- Acclimate yourself to this place for now and I'll be right back.

As he said that, Yang Tian went into the cave that he had just carved out. Wang Yun sat crossed legs on top of the boulder. A chilling qi shot up and made quivered. She quickly circulated her mantra to absorb the qi. The Nine Transformation Frigid Ice Mantra is a peak grade mantra. Wang Yun's cultivation stalled recently only because she didn't like to cultivate.

Now that the time was ripe, her surrounding was perfect and her heart was into it, Wang Yun's cultivation would soar rapidly. A hurricane of spiritual qi appeared on top of Wang Yun's head. Heaven and Earth spiritual qi poured through it and was purified as it entered her body.

Cultivating knows not the passage of time and after Wang Yun had cultivated for a while, Yang Tian once again appeared and woke her.

- I've finished with your cave. When you feel tired, you can rest up in there. These are pills that I've prepared for you. If you can absorb all of it, you'll reach Nascent Soul within two years. This is the Ice Mist Sword, you refine this and make it your life-bound Dharmic Artifact, and this is...

Yang Tian threw out a pile of items in one go and made Wang Yun a bit dizzy to keep up. She could only wait until he was finished before nodding:

- I understand.

- As long as you breakthrough to Nascent Soul and reached second transformation with your Frigid Ice Spiritual Body, coupled with the Ice Mist Sword and the magic spells I've provided, killing a late Nascent Soul Grand Cultivator isn't impossible.

Breaking through from early Golden Core to early Nascent Soul within two years. Not only that, she must also kill a late Nascent Soul with an early Nascent Soul cultivation. If these two facts were brought forth to the Cultivation World then it would become the biggest joke ever told. Wang Yun hadn't interact much with cultivators so she didn't know how absurd her request was. Yang Tian was simply trying his best to appease her.

However what he said was true. If she did manage to breakthrought to early Nascent Soul, she does have a chance to kill a late Nascent Soul.

Wang Yun couldn't help but ask:

- What level of cultivation have you reached?

Yang Tian acted mysteriously:

- You'll know as soon as you reach a certain cultivation. Alright, if there's nothing else then I'll be leaving.

- Why are you being so good to me?

Hearing Wang Yun said that, Yang Tian caught her in his embrace:

- You are my woman, how could I not be good to you? 

As he said that, Yang Tian let Wang Yun go and disappeared. Yang Tian's sudden embrace left her speechless. Regaining her wits, Wang Yun stepped into the cave that Yang Tian left behind. The interior was exquisitely designed and had all the amenities. There was even a closet full of clothes and a hot spring. Outside of the cave was a defensive spell formation. It also had the added effect of making the interior of the cave warmer.

Wang Yun's face was still as cold as ice, however she was feeling very warm and fuzzy inside. He was her first man and he would also be her last. After showering and changing into some new clothes, Wang Yun returned to cultivation. She resolved to breakthrough to Nascent Soul within two years. She didn't want to disappoint Yang Tian.

Yang Tian was now back on Earth. That's right, back on the planet Earth. The laws here were inadequate so Yang Tian had to bring her to a lesser plane with more suitable laws. That place was filled with frigid qi so he was confident that she would make rapid breakthroughs.

He initially designed Wang Yun's cavern to be as comfortable as possible so she could relaxed. Living as comfortably as possible was Yang Tian's motto in life. Unfortunately his actions made Wang Yun misunderstood and she further resolved herself to cultivate until she breaks through to Nascent Soul. If Yang Tian knew this then he'd be speechless. Women are very strange, they always do things opposite of what he expected.

In the Cultivation World, when confronting an enemy, Yang Tian could always predict what his opponent was going to do. Ever since he went back to Earth, his expectations and predictions have all been turned upside down. Was it a different in thoughts or were women here much more cunning than those cultivators that have lived countless of years?

Although Yang Tian gave her two years, he didn't think that she would succeed. When the time comes, he could just beat Blood God within an inch of his life and then give him to her. It was only an late Nascent Soul, his luck was just plain bad.

Yang Tian then set all of this aside for now. Although he didn't manage to get what he wants in this trip, the result wasn't half bad. Now, there was something else that demanded his attention.
