Chapter 80 - Being the Bad Guy

Hua Shi Yin woke up and seeing the upon seeing the battlefield that is the bed around her, smiled wryly:

- Did he think that I used my body in exchange for my life?

She was pulling back her hair before discovering a bracelet made of jade on her hand. Before she could figure out where this bracelet came from, Yang Tian's voice resonated inside her head:

- To be honest I wasn't planning on killing you in the first place. I felt that a woman that grew up in hatred and haunted by power like you was more pitiful than reprehensible. You should strive for a better life from now on. No matter who we are, as human we always yearn for a joyful life.

- Hua Qi is dead, the weight on your shoulders have been lifted. You can live the life that you wanted. This bracelet is my gift to you. If we are destined then we will meet again.

Hua Shi Yin was speechless and after a while, her face revealed an inexplicable smile. She immediately cleaned up the battlefield around her and left via a secret passage. It was Hua Qi's mansion so no one dared to casually approach. So it would be a while before someone find out about what happened last night.

At this time already changed to new clothes for classes. Arriving at the class, Yang Tian approached Qin Xue's sit:

- Xue-er, long time no see.

- What long time no see. Didn't we meet yesterday?

- Yesterday didn't count. We haven't seen each other in a couple of days, don't you miss me?

- Who would miss you.

The two were chatting away merrily. Li Pan, who was sitting behind them, occasionally snuck a peak at Yang Tian as if he wanted to say something but stopped himself at the last moment. When the class ended, Yang Tian planned to ask Qin Xue out for lunch but was stopped by Li Pan:

- Yang Tian, I have something urgent to tell you.

- What is it?

Li Pan looked at Qin Xue with an awkward look. Qin Xue understood his intention and told Yang Tian:

- I have to go, see you later.

- See you later.

Saying goodbye to Qin Xue, Yang Tian angrily turned to Li Pan:

- Are you trying to ruin my good fortune?

Li Pan looked wronged:

- You are falsely accusing a good person. Look here and see what this is.

Li Pan took out his phone and gave it to Yang Tian. Yang Tian looked at the phone and saw a topic on the school's forum: "A flower has been claimed, great loss for us men". 

In the post there was a picture of Yang Tian and Qin Xue chatting happily. Yang Tian looked at Li Pan nonchalantly:

- This is a good thing. I don't see a problem with this.

Li Pan looked at Yang Tian angrily:

- If you only have intentions on Qin Xue alone then it would be fine. However you still have Mu Wu Han and Instructor Zhao Wu Xin. If they knew of this then what would your chances be.

Yang Tian heard this and was immediately taken aback. It was true, they couldn't know of this, ever.

- Li Pan, help me erased anything that's related to this. Not only that, find me whoever responsible of posting this. I'll give them a piece of my mind.

Li Pan chuckled smugly:

- You don't need to remind me of this. I've already taken the post down as soon as it was posted. That was only a screenshot. The poster was someone from the news department, I'll take you to him now.

- Good.

The two immediately set out to find the other person. Yang Tian was almost ruined by that guy. If he couldn't give that guy a beating then he wouldn't feel at ease. Following Li Pan into the office of the news department, Yang Tian turned and asked:

- Who is it?

After looking around a bit, Li Pan pointed to a glasses guy in the corner:

- That's him over there but don't do anything overboard.

- Don't worry, I just want to teach him a lesson.

Yang Tian approached the glasses guy and closed his laptop while looking at him:

- Do you know who I am?

The young man adjusted his glasses and looked at Yang Tian while shaking his head:

- No idea.

Yang Tian frowned, this wasn't the answer he expected. He turned to Li Pan:

- Are you sure that it's him?

Li Pan was certain:

- Of course, I've done my homework.

Yang Tian  turned around and was once again angry:

- Didn't you post an article about me and Qin Xue. Busybodies are sure forgetful.

The youth frowned a bit then nodded:

- So it's you. I don't why that article got taken down but don't worry, I'll post it again.

- You still want to continue. I'm here to let you know that you shouldn't bother with other people's private life. If not you'll have to handle some serious consequences.

- But Qin Xue belongs to the public, everything that she does...

Yang Tian grabbed the youth by his collar and squeezed tight:

- Who said she belongs to the public? I've say this one more time, don't bother her.

The youth was squeezed to the point that his face turned red. Before he could respond, a voice rang out behind them:

- What are you doing? Let him go.

Yang Tian turned back and saw a woman with short stature and a face that could be considered cute. She ran over and tried to pull Yang Tian away to no avail. She looked at him angrily:

- Let go. Who are you, why are you here making trouble?

- This is between me and him, don't butt in.

After that he turned to the young man:

- Understand what I'm saying to you?

The youth's face was burning red and he had trouble breathing and couldn't say a word. The people surrounding them also ran over and tried to pull Yang Tian away. Yang Tian just lightly shook his body and they were all thrown away. However they were only left slightly sore without any injuries. Yang Tian had no intention of harming them. The female student was very frightened and pointed at Yang Tian:

- If you don't let him go then I'll call the police.

- Do what you want.

Yang Tian continued to stare at the young man. Although he was at his limit, he still didn't give in. Yang Tian had to admit that the man had some backbone. He wasn't about to prolong this any further and shot a strange of spiritual qi inside the young man's body. The youth finally couldn't take it anymore and curled his entire body up like a shrimp, all the while screaming helplessly.

Yang Tian shook his head:

- It's not that bad. It just feels like ten thousand ants biting you.

The people surrounding him was frightened and Li Pan wiped the sweat of his brows, How could anyone feel comfortable being bitten by ten thousands of ants.

Feeling that the situation was deteriorating rapidly, Li Pan approached to stop Yang Tian:

- We should end this here, there's no need to make a big scene out of this.

Yang Tian got closer to the young man:

- Do you understand what I'm telling you?

The youth was in so much pain that he felt that he could die a thousand times. He quickly nod with all his strength. Yang Tian lightly tapped his shoulder in delight:

- Good, if you had cooperated from the beginning then you could've avoided all this pain.

He brought Li Pan along with him and left while the people in the room looked at then with fright and fury. Yang Tian rubbed his nose and looked at Li Pan:

- Tell me, didn't we look like the bad guys back there?

Li Pan's eyes widen, Yang Tian's words were no different than someone from jianghu collecting debt. However he didn't say what he thought:

- Not at all, I felt that you did the right thing.

- That's good then.

As the two left, the people in the room surrounded the young man and the female student asked him:

- Are you alright? Are you hurt anywhere?

- I'm fine. That was frightening, it felt like thousands of ants were biting me all over my body.

The people surrounding him a chill running down their back while the female student was furious and said:

- Don't worry, I've called the police and they'll be here shortly.

Everyone tied to console the young man. At this time Yang Tian was having a drink with Li Pan in the cafeteria, completely oblivious of what's coming to him.
