Chapter 79 - One Night

Hua Qi saw Yang Tian suddenly coming back in and looked at him cautiously:

- Why did you come back?

Yang Tian looked at him as if he was looking at an idiot:

- You didn't really think that I would let you get away so easily?

- You want to kill me?

Yang Tian shook his head. Was this guy so frightened that he could no longer think straight? Yang Tian wasn't about to waste anymore words with him and was about to attack before Hua Qi screamed out:

- Wait, did you not attack me previously because you were afraid of frightening that girl? How about we settle this in my training room? That place has very good soundproofing and is very sturdy. If not with our cultivation, we might destroy the entire place before even starting.

- Fine, have it your way.

Yang Tian can easily kill a Heaven grade Martial Artist without making a single sound. However he felt that that guy was up to something and it would be a shame if someone couldn't execute their plan before dying. He followed Hua Qi to a basement underneath the mansion. The inside was decked out with high tech equipment. It was more of a place to train than an arena. Yang Tian smiled and said:

- Can we begin now?

Hua Qi also smiled and looked at Yang Tian as if he was looking at an idiot:

- Of course we can. Matter-of-fact the moment you stepped inside, the result of our little match has been decided.

- You mean...

Before Yang Tian could finish his sentence, he felt some sort of toxin appearing inside his body. Although it was immediately erased the moment it appeared, he was still surprised. This toxin seemingly appeared right inside his body and not from the outside.

He pretended to be poisoned like that scene in one of the movies he saw and clutched his chest. He looked furiously at Hua Qi:

- Since when did you poison me?

Hua Qi laughed out loud, didn't say anything and looked towards the basement door. The door opened up and Hua Shi Yin stepped inside:

- Let me explain that to you.

She tucked her hair back and revealed an alluring smile. Yet it made one feel uncomfortable when looking at that smile:

- Do you know why we took control of the underworld in the entire country yet we left out the 3 Southern provinces? Because that is the territory of the Li Clan. We had an arrangement with them so we couldn't touch the place.

Yang Tian scowled, this was impossible. He had confirmed that Hua Shi Yin wasn't lying and she really wanted to work with him to kill Hua Qi.

- That's not possible. I've confirmed that you didn't lie the last time we talked.

- Surprising isn't it? We have existed in the underworld for many years so have our tricks. Before our meeting, I asked a hypnotist to hypnotize me so technically everything I said was true and no matter how talented you are at reading people, you'd have never known.

Yang Tian smiled bitterly, he didn't think that something like this existed in this world. Although he read something similar in the newspaper but he never got into the details. It seemed that he couldn't continue to use that little trick to differentiate truth from lies.

Hua Shi Yin was seemingly enjoying Yang Tian's frustration:

She deliberately said these words for Yang Tian to hear. It seemed that in her eyes, Yang Tian was already a dead man. Yang Tian sighed, a woman's grudge is truly fearsome. He slowly got up and dusted himself clean under the surprised look of Hua Shi Yin:

- You, how could you...

- Surprising isn't it? I was never poisoned in the first place.

- When did you find out?

Of course Yang Tian wouldn't caught dead admitting that he had been fooled by her. That would be far to embarrassing. He shook his head and said:

- Is that truly important right now?

Hua Shi Yin laughed:

- That's right. Before you kill me, can you satisfy my last request?

Yang Tian nodded, he didn't even plan on killing her in the first place. However since she had a request, might as well hear her out. Hua Shi Yin saw Yang Tian agreeing and smiled tragically:

- Help me become a true woman before dying.

Yang Tian was taken aback, this request was a bit strange:

- Can you clarify that? You are already a great beauty so how do you want me to make you a "true woman"?

Yang Tian thought for a bit then widen his eyes:

- Wait, were you a guy before and you transitioned to a woman?

Hua Shi Yin was furious beyond belief and looked at Yang Tian angrily:

- I told you that I have a husband for while but have never been intimate with him. Why don't you give me the experience before I die.

Yang Tian rub his head like a monk that have gained enlightenment, something so obvious like that and he couldn't figure it out. He was even wondering whether it was because he was uninformed or his IQ is actually very low. However Yang Tian reacted swiftly:

- Sure, since that's what you want, I'll give it to you.

As he said that, Yang Tian whisked Hua Shi Yin away to a large room. The remaining people outside have all been killed by her so they weren't worried about being interrupted. Placing Hua Shi Yin on the bed, Yang Tian looked at her curiously:

- You sure you are not going to regret this?

- I'll die either way, what is there to regret. My mother's vengeance have been achieved so I have no regret.

Yang Tian nodded and lower his head to kiss her. His hands were slowly undressing her. As a man, this came naturally to him. After a long night of passion, Hua Shi Yun was very enthusiastic and after many many continuous session, she was soundly asleep. Yang Tian watched her sleep for a moment and left a telepathic message inside her head as well as a bracelet. He then head outside.

After bringing the schoolgirl far away from the mansion, Yang Tian awakened her. As she opened her eyes, she was about yell out until Yang Tian managed to put his hand around her mouth:

- Don't scream, it's me.

The schoolgirl looked at him and seemingly remembered who he was, nodded in confirmation. Yang Tian let her go and asked:

- Where do you live, I'll take you home.

- My house is at...

- Alright.

Yang Tian was about to turn around before the schoolgirl tugged on of his arm.

- You are still worried about the situation from before.

She nodded:

- In the capital, you might not know who the Mayor is but you can't not know who Master Qi is. Anyone who crossed him would have a tragic ending.

- No need to worry. He won't come to you for revenge. As for why, you'll know soon enough.

- Truly?

- You don't trust me?

The schoolgirl looked at Yang Tian for a moment then nodded. Yang Tian smiled and pat her head. He took out a bracelet:

- This is a protective bracelet. As long as you keep this by your side, you'll come to no harm.

The girl nodded again and looked obsessively at the bracelet. Yang Tian gave her this because he was worried that those people would come looking for her to ask about him. After he brought her to the front of her house, Yang Tian was about to turn and leave before the schoolgirl called out:

- I am Bai Jie, what's your name?

- I am called Yang Tian, see you later.

Yang Tian answered then left. He heard that if you do it like that then a young woman wouldn't be able to forget about you. Yang Tian didn't whether it was true or not but it was worth a shot. Bai Jie rubbed the bracelet once again and looked towards Yang Tian's disappearing figure:

- Will we truly meet again?
