Chapter 58 - Accident, Spending the Night

In the end, Yang Tian didn't use the Rolls Royce to drift since everyone was against it. Yang Tian didn't let anything show but he cursed inside: "I bought this car to drive in and you want me to just leave it as a display?"

Chu Wu borrowed Yang Tian a car. This was his first time so Yang Tian was in the passenger seat to get some experience. A young woman in skimpy clothing was waving the starting flag and the two car sped off. Chu Wu was driving and at the same time telling Yang Tian about some of the rules as well as how to handle certain situation.

After the first race was over, Yang Tian finally grasped all the rules and wanted to try himself. Chu Wu didn't feel comfortable letting Yang Tian go alone and wanted to seat in the passenger seat to observe Yang Tian. Of course Yang Tian didn't agree to this since that seat was for Ling Ya Qi so how could he let Chu Wu take it.

Ling Ya Qi was invited by Yang Tian on and after some hesitation, she entered the car. Although she knew that this was the first time Yang Tian drifted, she still felt that he was very reliable. Yang Tian drove off after the flag was waved and he didn't heed any of Chu Wu's instruction and slammed on the gas. This made Ling Ya Qi incredibly scared:

- Yang Tian, please slow down a bit.

- There's a turn ahead, please slow down.

...

Yang Tian didn't pay any attention to her since although the speed was much slower than flying or earth shifting, it still gave him new sensation.

As he approached a steep turn on the mountain road, Yang Tian slammed on the break to drift but the break snapped and the car crashed into safety rails. Ling Ya Qi's face paled and she covered her eyes and screamed.

The car didn't stop for her and broke through the safety rails and fell down the mountain. The car behind them stopped and a frightened youth came out and called Chu Wu:

- Brother Wu, we have a problem. I just saw Yang Tian's car falling down the mountain.

- What? Wait there, I'll come to you.

Chu Wu raced there at frightening speed. Yang Tian came to drift at his invitation so it anything happened to him, Chu Wu wouldn't have a good ending. Not counting the power behind Yang Tian, just the Qin Clan alone would cause a small director of a small police force like his father to be sent directly to hell.

After a while, many cars arrived and Chu Wu listened to what the youth said and looked at the broken safety rails with fright. He turned to the people behind him:

- Quickly, call someone to search for him. We must locate young master Yang else we would all be doomed.

The other people were all frightened. They have been drifting for a long time and this was the first time that they had an accident. They heed Chu Wu and called their family for help. The youth from the beginning looked at the cliff and turned to Chu Wu:

- Chu Wu, you should really tell us what Yang Tian's background is?

Chu Wu smiled wryly:

- I have no idea. I just thought he was Qin Xue's boyfriend. But after today, I don't think he's that simple.

- Qin Xue, you mean the Qin Xue from Qin Clan, one of the three great clans?

Chu Wu nodded:

The youth also had a stern expression and immediately took out his phone to call for help.

Of course Yang Tian was fine. Before the car hit the railings, Yang Tian used his spiritual power to protect the car so it didn't have so much as a scratch. He didn't want Ling Ya Qi to know of his powers so he let the car dragged the two off the cliff.

Ling Ya Qi was so frightened that she temporarily pass out. Yang Tian felt responsible for this. If he didn't get too excited then things wouldn't get so out of hand.

He gently nudge Ling Ya Qi to wake her up. She slowly opened her eyes and upon seeing Yang Tian, she smiled:

- I think I dozed off. I had the weirdest dream that we drove off a cliff. It was super scary.

- You weren't dreaming, we did drove off a cliff.

- What?

It took a lot for Ling Ya Qi to calm down but now she was once again frightened by Yang Tian. He immediately tried to calm her:

- Everything's fine, aren't we unscathed. We just need to wait for rescue, that's all.

Ling Ya Qi heard Yang Tian said and checked both their bodies. She muttered:

- That's odd, with that speed and from that height, how could we still be fine?

Yang Tian didn't answer her as this was a bit hard to explain. He didn't want her to know about Cultivators too soon.

- It's getting pretty late and we can't just find our way back ourselves so let's just take a nap. I believe that Chu Wu and the other people would find us soon.

Ling Ya Qi nodded, there was truly no other way, she adjusted her posture and closed her eyes. Yang Tian pretended to close his eyes and waited until he heard her breathing slower in rhythm. When she was seemingly asleep, he opened his eyes. Because they fell from high up, her glasses and hat had soon fallen off. This allowed Yang Tian to take in her full beauty while she was sleeping.

She was truly very beautiful. Not only that there was a maturity to her beauty which was a fatal attraction towards men. It was fortunate that Yang Tian had regular contact with beauties so he had built up a certain immunity.

Ling Ya Qi was asleep for a moment until her hands moved around as if looking for something. She conveniently grabbed Yang Tian's head and pulled it into herself. Yang Tian was surprised and didn't react in time but he still cooperated with her so she can easily hugged him. He guessed that she thought he was teddy bear and hugged him.

After a while, Yang Tian felt Ling Ya Qi's body shivered. The temperature in the forest was getting colder and colder and there was nothing to warm up the car. Yang Tian didn't feel the cold but that didn't mean that Ling Ya Qi was the same.

Yang Tian moved his body and escaped Ling Ya Qi's grasp. He then pulled her into his arms. His body was emanating a gentle heat wave that warmed her up. Her grimacing face relaxed and she looked comfortable. Her arms were holding on to Yang Tian even tighter.

The two people where in very compromising position but it wasn't uncomfortable at all so they hugged each other until morning.

In the morning, Yang Tian and Ling Ya Qi was awaken by the sound of jet engine. Seeing that she was in the arms of Yang TIan, Ling Ya Qi quickly pushed him away. She furiously pointed at Yang Tian:

- Yang Tian, what did you do when I was aslee? If you don't explain it to me exactly, I'll not let you off easy.

Yang Tian smiled wryly in his heart. She clearly slept soundly but now she was putting all the blame on him. It was as the ancestors said, don't try to argue with women.

- I didn't do a thing. You were cold yesterday so hugged me and I was afraid that you would get cold so I hugged you back.

Ling Ya Qi smiled coldly:

- You mean to say that this is my fault?

Although Yang Tian was thinking exactly that, he wouldn't be caught dead saying it:

- That's not what I said. It's just that you shouldn't blame everything on me. Clearly...

Before Yang Tian could finish his sentence, Ling Ya Qi was already charging in to give him a beating. At this time, they heard people calling out:

- Yang Tian, where are you?
