Chapter 47 - Huang Clan

Yang Tian exited the truck and slowly walked back to the city. A flame appeared in his hand and the phone was reduced to ashes. He had guessed that even if he investigated the phone number, nothing would come of it. The other person wasn't that stupid.

Taking out his own phone, Yang Tian called Biao Zheng Long:

- Someone wants to kill me.

Biao Zheng Long was shaken and said solemnly:

- Who is it? I'll murder his entire family.

- No need for that, I want you to do some digging. I just want to know who that person is and I'll handle the rest. Furthermore, there's a body of an assassin in the forest north of the city, you can start there.

- Don't worry young master, I'll definitely find out who it is.

Yang Tian nodded. He wanted to test Biao Zheng Long capabilities a bit. As he was about to cut the call, Biao Zheng Long said:

Yang Tian was now heading to the Huang Clan. He wanted to end this affair once and for all. He also needed to head to the capital to finish the promise with Hua Shi Yin.

At noon, Yang Tian finally found the Huang Clan's residence. Truth be told, he was actually lost. Yang Tian initially thought he could just randomly wander about and would eventually get to the place but he couldn't find it and in the end he had to use his spiritual senses. This was truly an embarrassing moment for a True Immortal.

Setting that aside, Yang Tian knocked on the gate. A young man walked out from inside the house:

- Who are you looking for?

Yang Tian observed the youth and sensed that he was a regular person so he didn't want to waste any time:

- My name is Yang Tian, I'm sure you've heard of me.

The youth heard the name Yang Tian and his face instantly changed, containing a bit of killing intent. Yang Tian didn't pay any attention and slip by the youth to enter the house.

The house was large but the decoration was very simple. Most of the furniture was made from rare and expensive wood, giving the place an ancient feel. It would make one nostalgic for the olden times.

Yang Tian went inside and sat opposite and old man with snow white hair. The elder was very calm and poured him tea:

- I wonder what a great figure such as yourself would be doing here?

Yang Tian was surprised:

The old man smiled kindly:

- No, what I meant is that have you looked into their background?

- Could their background be very special?

- Special or not, you can slowly investigate. I'm here for another reason today. It's safe to assume that you are the Patriarch of the Huang Clan?

The old man nodded:

- This one is Huang Xing. But I am the former Patriarch and I am here for retirement.

- I didn't expect to meet the Old Patriarch of the Huang Clan here.

The elder bawled his fist, he knew Yang Tian was telling the truth. Who would dare underestimate the four great powers. At this moment, The youth behind the elder had silently brandish his gun and was waiting on his orders.

The elder sighed heavily, his face seemed to aged a couple of years. He turned and asked the youth:

- Call Huang Hao and his son here for me.

The youth nodded then quickly left. The elder looked at Yang Tian:

- Young man, when doing something remember to leave an exit for yourself. Otherwise it'll be too late even if you are regretful.

Yang Tian smiled and didn't say anything, he knew the old man was threatening him. But so what if he was, there was no one on this world that could harm him.

The two sat in silent and after 10 minutes, 2 people followed the youth inside. The elder nodded and gestured towards Yang Tian:

- This is young master Yang Tian, immediately kneel and beg for his forgiveness.

The father and son duo immediately knelt down:

- Young master Yang, this is my fault and I have offended miss Qin. I beg that you don't lower yourself to us small men and spare our lives.

Yang Tian chuckled:

- You wanted to kill her so how can I just let you off. However I'll give the Huang Clan face and give you a chance.

The father and son duo heard this and was overjoyed, they initially thought they would die for sure. In the cultivation world, the strong doesn't need justification for killing the weak.

Yang Tian produced two red pills:

- Since you poisoned her, drink these pills. Whether you live or die is up to the Heaven.

The two looked at Huang Xing sorrowfully and the elder couldn't bear it and turned away. The two men gritted their teeth and took the pill, swallowing it. Yang Tian nodded in satisfaction and shook Huang Xing's hands:

- Senior Huang, may we meet again and hopefully not on the opposite side next time.

Huang Xing looked bitterly at the leaving Yang Tian. Although he didn't know what the pills' effect were, it definitely wasn't anything good.
