Chapter 27 - The Coming of the Li Clan

Qin Xue's face changed as she looked down and said:

- Just friends huh?

Yang Tian was about to say something before Qin Zheng and his wife burst in. They have been waiting outside for a while now and when they heard Qin Xue's joyful voice, they couldn't help themselves. Seeing that Qin Xue was walking normally, her mother was tearful and rushed in to embrace her. Qin Zheng looked very emotional and his eyes were reddened, he said:

- Yang Tian, thank you for all you've done today. Whenever you need anything, just call me. I would not turn down any request.

Yang Tian knew that Qin Zheng was very emotional at the moment so he didn't want to bother them and said farewell:

- Xue-er has been healed. I have some stuff to tend to and I don't want to bother you right now.

Looking at Qin Xue:

- Xue-er, I'll be going. I'll come visit in a couple of days.

Qin Xue was in the embrace of her mother and she was crying so she wasn't paying attention to Yang Tian. He saw that but didn't mind. He felt that he had said something wrong before but he wasn't sure what. After a moment of thought, he still couldn't figure out and left. He didn't want to interrupt a family moment.

Heading out to the gate but before he could drive out, the guard from earlier stopped him:

- What's wrong?

The guard came in close and said in a small voice:

- You should be careful, I noticed a group of people waiting outside for a long time. If I'm not wrong, they should be aiming for you.

Yang Tian was surprised and used his spiritual sense to sweep through. He saw several black car in the distance. There were a lot of men in suits inside. All of them were Martial Artists and some even reached Earth stage. There was also a person in white clothing. His face was pale and he was constantly moaning. Next to him was a young man that had already reach early Foundation Establishment. The person in white was none other than Li Xiang who was beaten by Yang Tian in morning. Yang Tian muttered: "They are pretty fast".

Yang Tian looked at the guard gratefully, after all, he was kind enough to give him a heads up.

- Thanks for the heads up, I know how to handle this.

The guard saw that Yang Tian still wanted to go out and tried to stop him:

- Did you not understand what I said? They have waited for you for a long so they definitely have bad intentions. You should go and wait inside, I'll call you when they are gone.

Yang Tian smiled:

- It's fine, they can't do anything to me anyways.

The guard saw that Yang Tian was ignoring his advice so he turned around and said:

- When you are beaten up, don't blame me for not reminding you.

Yang Tian laughed and shook his head, there were still good people in the world. After driving out, Yang Tian was immediately surrounded. Exiting his car, he yelled:

- Whatever business you have, can you hurry it up? It's late and I'm starving.

The cars ahead opened up one by one and the group of people exited. Heading the group was the young Foundation Establishment cultivator. He looked at Yang Tian icily and solemnly said:

- It seems that you are still very arrogant. I want to see what do you have to make our Li Clan apologize.

Yang Tian sneered:

- You'll know soon enough.

After that, Yang Tian vanished and the young man felt dizzy. Before he could made sense of things, his help up by his throat. He was frightened as he was a Foundation Establishment cultivator yet he was restrained before he could offer any resistance. Although Yang Tian did a sneak attack but he knew that Yang Tian was much stronger than him.

The surrounding goons saw that the young man was restrained and was rattled. They immediately charged forward but after a heavy sigh from Yang Tian, they were all on the ground and felt like someone had hit their head with a hammer.

Yang Tian was still holding on to the youth with one hand and icily said:

- I rely on my strength, is that enough?

The youth was being held by Yang Tian and had trouble breathing but he was still fierce:

- You might be stronger than me but I'll tell you one thing, the Li Clan still have people much stronger than me. If you offend our Li Clan, you won't have a good ending.

Yang Tian looked at him with disdain:

- Is the Li Clan that powerful? How are they compared to the four great powers?

The young man was rattled and his entire body shook:

- Four great powers? You are from the great powers of the Shrouded Continent?

Yang Tian then said with an arrogant place and without blinking:

- Looks like you have some knowledge. That's right, I'm from the four great powers. Why don't you use your head for a bit? With my age to achieve this cultivation, do you think I didn't have any backings?

Yang Tian was about to use his identity as a member of the Dark Society but he already used his Shrouded Continent identity to scare the Qin Clan. Using it again here would be more appropriate. The youth had a frightened look on his face and he he cursed the 18 generations of Li Xiang family. Why did he get involved with this monster. The youth forgot that Li Xiang's ancestor was also his ancestor.

The youth looked at Yang Tian respectfully:

- This time it was our fault. Whatever you want, the Li Clan will fulfill it. Can you let me down first?

Seeing that the youth had bought his story, Yang Tian let him go. The youth massaged his neck and bowed:

- I'm very sorry for all of this and will bring Li Xiang to apologize to you.

Yang Tian shook his head:

- No need, I've already punished him. Let bygone be bygone. But what about what you said before?

- As I said, whatever demands you have, we will meet it.

Yang Tian smiled:

- It's nothing much, I just saw the news and saw that they were making a limited edition Rolls Royce. It's seems that there are only 10 made and I was going to buy it myself.

The youth immediately said:

- I understand, the Li Clan will be right on it.

Yang Tian was happy:

- Good, I have stuff to do now. When you bought it, you can deliver it straight to my house.

Yang Tian then got on his car and drove away. He didn't leave an address. He believed that with the Li Clan's strength, finding that out would be a piece of cake. He was also serious about the Rolls Royce. He was trolling around the net and saw some "expert" saying that if one had that car, bringing down women would be a simple matter. Yang Tian didn't know if it was true or not but he was willing to try. Not only that the car did look very nice and met his standards.

After Yang Tian left, the young man was at a loss. The car in question was every exclusive and the 10 that were produced were reserved for the most powerful people. The Li Clan wasn't a small clan but buying one wasn't an easy task. It was not something that money can buy after all. He then made a call:

- Father, we have a problem.

The other side was calm:

- What is it?

The youth recounted everything and the other side was quite then asked solemnly:

- You are sure that brat was from the great powers?

- I'm not sure but his cultivation is at least late Foundation Establishment and he was every young. If he isn't from the great powers then he's from the Dark Society. I can't think of any other possible explanation.

The other side was decisive:

- I understand, I'll help you buy the car. You should learn from this and rein in your arrogance in the future. For Li Xiang, find someone to heal him and expel him to the branch family.

The youth was bitter, he was a bit arrogant due to his strength but that arrogance was completely shattered today. Looking at Li Xiang on the car:

- Sorry brother, I can't help you with this anymore.
